My XBOOST does not connect to WiFi
Connect the XBOOST following the steps in this video. Please note that the XBOOST can only connect to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network. This means no combined network or 5Ghz network. So it is good to check this first. This can be done by logging in to your router.
The battery of my XBOOST suddenly fails
The most common cause is that the robot is not charging properly. So check whether the light on the charging station is on and that the robot also responds when it is on the charging station. In addition, it may happen that one of the motors is stuck and drains the battery. This can be due to hair or dirt in one of the parts. Check this and clean the robot thoroughly. Don't forget the filters. This often solves the problems.
XBOOST cannot find charger
Check whether the light on the charging station is on. If this is the case, check that the XBOOST has enough space to reach the charging station. We recommend leaving 30cm on both sides. Doesn't this work? Then move the charging station to another spot in the middle of the room and test it again.
My XBOOST is making noise, why is that?
This is often because there is some dust or dirt in the front wheel. This is easily remedied by clicking out the wheel and cleaning it completely. Don't forget the inside where you remove the wheel.
XBOOST main brush is stuck
This is often because hairs are twisted around the main brush. Remove the main brush from the XBOOST by loosening the lid. You can then clean the brush and shafts in the robot.
How do I reset my XBOOST?
Watch this video . You can do this by pressing the large on and off button on the robot for a few seconds while the robot is NOT on the charging station. Then leave the robot off for 10 minutes. After this, you can turn on the robot to see if this has solved the problem.

The XBOOST does not mop well
The hole in the water tank lid may not be large enough. Then the water tank creates a vacuum and hardly any water comes out. This is easily remedied by poking a hole in it with a needle.
The XBOOST indicates "Dustbin removed".
The dust container then does not make correct contact with the robot. This is easily remedied by cleaning the inside of the robot, where the reservoir should be placed. Then reset the robot and try again.
