If you take good care of your Blaupunkt robot, you will enjoy it longer. Note that the robot needs weekly cleaning for optimal use. To clean the Blaupunkt OMEGA, we explain to you how to do so in several videos. Since the OMEGA has both an automatic emptying and mopping station, it is extra important that you empty or replenish these on time.

Frequently asked questions about your robotic vacuum cleaner

We have collected the most frequently asked questions here for you for the Blaupunkt Bluebot OMEGA robotic vacuum cleaner. Is your question not among them or you can’t figure it out? Then please contact us.

Make sure your robot connects to your regular Wi-Fi network on the first connection. Because this will be the network the robot always connects to. This robot connects to both 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz networks.

Have you already watched the video for the app installation? Because this one shows all the steps, which you need to make for the right connection.

Have you already checked that the fresh water tank has been filled and the holding tank emptied? The car station should give a notification of this as well. If necessary, try cleaning the mop again at the station. Also make sure that the station and robot are not on a carpet. With the ‘avoid back’ setting, the robot will then not start cleaning at all.

The robot is properly charged when the blue light is lit on the robot. Also, the station will indicate that it has started charging.

Also check that the station cables are properly connected and the robot is properly positioned on the station. The robot’s charging points should touch the station properly at the back.

Also, always check the battery level in the Bluebot app.

First fully charge the robot, this can take up to 5 hours depending on the type of robot. After this, you can turn on the robot for a first round of cleaning.

You have a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty after purchase date.
