My XVAC does not connect to WiFi
Connect the XVAC following the steps in this video. The XVAC can connect to 2.4Ghz. The XVAC does not work on a mixed network or a 5Ghz network.
The battery of my XVAC dies very quickly
The most common cause is that the robot is not charging properly. So check whether the light on the charging station is on and that the robot also responds when it is on the charging station. In addition, it may happen that one of the motors is stuck and drains the battery. This could be due to hair or dirt in one of the parts. Check this and clean the robot thoroughly. Do not forget to clean the filters thoroughly. This often solves the problems.
How do I reset my XVAC
Press and hold both buttons on the top for 10 seconds while the robot is away from the charging station.
XVAC cannot find the charger
Check whether the light on the charging station is on. If this is the case, check that the XVAC has enough space to reach the charging station. We recommend leaving 30cm on both sides. Doesn't this work? Then move the charging station to another spot in the middle of the room and test it again.
XVAC main brush is stuck
This is often because hairs are twisted around the main brush. Remove the main brush from the XVAC by unlatching the cover. You can then clean the brush and shafts in the robot.

My XVAC is making noise, why is that?
This is often because there is some dust or dirt in the front wheel. This is easily remedied by clicking out the wheel and cleaning it completely. Don't forget the inside where you remove the wheel.
Does the XVAC indicate "Fan error"?
This is often due to dust in the filters, which prevents the robot from being able to suck. This is easy to solve by cleaning the filters. See how to do this here .
