My Precision does not connect to WiFi?
Connect the Precision following the steps in this video. The Precision can connect to both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. This does not mean that the robot can automatically switch between networks. So make sure that the robot can handle the network you choose everywhere.
The battery of my Precision dies very quickly.
The most common cause is that the robot is not charging properly. So check whether the light on the charging station is on and that the robot also responds when it is on the charging station. In addition, it may happen that one of the motors is stuck and drains the battery. This could be due to hair or dirt in one of the parts. Check this and clean the robot thoroughly. Don't forget the filters. This often solves the problems.
How do I reset my Precision?
Watch this video or follow these steps. There is a reset button on the side of the robot. To press this you need something small such as a pen. Press the button for 10 seconds. Then leave the robot off for 10 minutes.
Precision cannot find the charger.
Check whether the charging station is turned on. If this is the case, check that the Precision has enough space to reach the charging station. We recommend leaving 30cm on both sides. Doesn't this work? Then move the charging station to another spot in the middle of the room and test it again.
How do you solve a Precision laser error?
Follow the steps in this video .
Precision main brush is stuck.
This is often because hairs are twisted around the main brush. Remove the main brush from the Precision by loosening the lid. You can then clean the brush and shafts in the robot.
The Precision does not mop well.
The hole in the water tank lid may not be large enough. Then the water tank creates a vacuum and hardly any water comes out. This is easily remedied by poking a hole in the rubber cover with a needle.
Precision water tank is stuck.
Did you install the water tank without the dust container? Then it is probably stuck. This is a combination reservoir and cannot be used separately. Solve this using the steps in this video . It is important that you press the button on the inside.
