My EZ1 does not connect to WiFi.
Connect the EZ1 following the steps in this video. The EZ1 can connect to 2.4Ghz. The EZ1 does not work on a mixed network or a 5Ghz network.
The battery of my EZ1 dies very quickly
The most common cause is that the robot is not charging properly. So check whether the light on the charging station is on and that the robot also responds when it is on the charging station. In addition, it may happen that one of the motors is stuck and drains the battery. This can be due to hair or dirt in one of the parts. Check this and clean the robot thoroughly. Don't forget the filters. This often solves the problems.
How do I reset my EZ1
Press and hold both buttons on the top for 10 seconds while the robot is away from the charging station.
EZ1 cannot find the charger
Check whether the light on the charging station is on. If this is the case, check that the EZ1 has enough space to reach the charging station. We recommend leaving 30cm on both sides. Doesn't this work? Then move the charging station to another spot in the middle of the room and test it again.
EZ1 main brush is stuck
This is often because hairs are twisted around the main brush. Remove the main brush from the EZ1 by unlatching the cover. You can then clean the brush and shafts in the robot.
The EZ1 does not mop well
The hole in the water tank lid may not be large enough. Then the water tank creates a vacuum and hardly any water comes out. This is easily remedied by poking a hole in the rubber cover with a needle.
