You have the right to cancel your order without stating reasons for a period of 14 days after receipt.

Following cancellation, you have another 14 days to send your product back. The full order amount including shipping costs will be credited to you. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the web store are for your account. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package, consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur including all accessories included in the delivery and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at info@blaupunktrobotics.eu. We will then refund the payable order amount within 14 days after registering your return shipment provided the product has already been received back in good order.
