If you take good care of your Blaupunkt robot, you will enjoy it longer. Note that the robot needs weekly cleaning for optimal use. To clean the Blaupunkt Bluebot C1, we explain to you how to do so in several videos.

Here are the steps to take in the Bluebot app to connect the robot to the app. Make sure your Wi-Fi is on only 2.4 Ghz.

Find the robot

Have you lost the robot and really can’t see it? Then go to the ‘Find the robot’ setting in the Blaupunkt Bluebot app and the robot will call you. Because who knows, maybe he’s just hiding under the couch.

Do not disturb

If you don’t want the robot to disturb you, set the ‘Do not disturb’ mode. See where this setting is located in the Bluebot app here.

Consumables

The robot has some consumables that need to be replaced in a timely manner, such as the side brushes and HEPA filter. Through this setting in the Bluebot app, you can see when it is needed and reset it after replacing the part.

Frequently asked questions about your robotic vacuum cleaner

We’ve collected the most frequently asked questions here for you for the Blaupunkt Bluebot C1 robot vacuum cleaner. Is your question not among them or you can’t figure it out? Then please contact us.

First check the wifi signal. Have you followed all the steps of the Bluebot app instruction and watched the video? You can find it on the support page. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our support department.

Please note that your C1 robot vacuum cleaner can only connect to a 2.4 Ghz network.

There may not be a hole in the tab of the cap, which is on top of the water reservoir. If there is no air in it, the tab will be vacuumed and the mopping function will not work. Furthermore, make sure that you only use water in the water tank, so do not add other liquids. These can cause clogging.

The robot is properly charged when both lights on top of the robot illuminate. The blue light also comes on briefly. If not? First check that the robot is fingertip away from the charging station. Do the charging plates on the bottom of the robot connect to the charging points of the charging station? If so, the robot is charging. The side brushes can sometimes get in the way. Is this the case? Then gently push them aside. Is the robot not charging? Let the robot move back and forth a bit. You’ll notice when it’s in the right place. Also, always check the battery level in the Bluebot app.

First fully charge the robot, this can take 3 to 4 hours depending on the type of robot. After this, you can turn on the robot for a first round of cleaning.

Try resetting your robot. You can also find the video instruction for this on your robot vacuum cleaner’s support page. If this does not work and your robot is within our warranty policy? You have a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty after purchase date.

You can reset the robot by pressing the ‘On’ & ‘Recharge’ button for 5 seconds at a time.
