BlueBot Xtreme; problem with mopping function (customer contact Blaupunkt great!)
We had difficulty with the robot and could not find a solution. Email sent to Blaupunkt and immediate response and action! The options suggested did not work so I am now being sent a new water tank. Super customer-oriented, fast and friendly. Thanks Blaupunkt!

Repair time is rather long, 1 month...
